Here are just some of the exciting volunteer opportunities with Friends ofthe Swannanoa Library...
Serving on Friends board of directors
Serving on a special committee (fund-raising, booksale, buildingmaintenance, etc)
Building Maintenance, remodeling (building shelves, minor plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Grounds Maintenance - Occasional shrub pruning, flower planting, mulch raking, etc.
Help with upkeep of Grovemont Park, adjacent to the library
Fund-raising
Grant writing
Book mending
Bulletin Board
Playground maintenance/inspection general clerical support (stuffing envelopes, etc.)
and much more!!
