- Travel I-40 East from Asheville, NC
- Take Exit 59 (Swannanoa Exit)
- Turn left at stop sign at end of ramp (Patton Cove Rd)
- Proceed a couple of hundred yards to traffic light (Gas station across intersection)
- Turn right (onto "new" Hwy 70)
- Proceed to next traffic light
- Turn left, go across bridge to yield sign
- Turn right (onto "old" Hwy 70)
- Proceed 3 or 4 tenths of a mile
- Turn left onto Grovemont Ave. (Just past Texaco F&J convenience store on left)
- Proceed 3 or 4 tenths of a mile, and you will come to Grovemont Square (grass field w/rock wall)
- Library is at the opposite end of the Square - go around Square to the right
- You have arrived! Library is red brick building adjacent to the playground
